Katherine Community Steppers is a dedicated group of individuals and organizations committed to raising awareness and essential funds to improve the lives of those experiencing homelessness. The homelessness statistics in Katherine are alarming, with rates twice the Northern Territory average and 31 times the national average.

In alignment with the 2024 theme for Homelessness Week, "Homelessness Action Now," we are mobilising to spotlight this urgent issue and call for immediate action.
