How far is 122,000 steps?
While this will differ per person, 122,000 steps equals roughly 90km. This is a little over 11km a day, or you can maximise your weekend walks to enjoy more of a break during the week.
It's definitely a challenge, but nothing compared to the extremes faced by Australians without a safe home.
What happens if I don't complete 122,000 steps?
Nothing happens! We appreciate that 122,000 steps is a big goal to aim for and we simply ask that you try your best!
We recommend fitting your steps in around your schedule, whether this means bigger walks on the weekend or completing a set amount each day. The choice is yours!
